When do you release appointments?

All appointments are released every 10th of the month. For example; September slots are released on the 10th of August.

Do you do house call appointments?

We currently do not offer house calls.

Can I change my design at my appointment?

Yes, this is totally fine.

Am I able to bring a guest to my appointment?

You cannot bring a plus one to your appointments. However if you are a mother, you may bring your child, please let me know beforehand.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I Get A Refund If I Cancel My Appointment?

At Reb's Nail Room, we strive to provide exceptional nail services and ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients. To maintain the highest standards and manage our schedule effectively, we have implemented a non-refundable deposit policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding deposits for nail appointments, in compliance with UK consumer and business laws.


 Purpose of the Deposit


The non-refundable deposit is required to secure your nail appointment. This deposit helps us:

- Confirm your commitment to the appointment.

- Allocate sufficient time and resources to provide the best service.

- Reduce the impact of late cancellations and no-shows.


 Deposit Amount


The deposit amount is specified at the time of booking and is a portion of the total service cost. The exact amount will be communicated to you when you schedule your appointment.


 Payment of Deposit


1. Booking Confirmation: Your appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

2. Payment Methods: Deposits can be paid via [accepted payment methods such as credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.]. Specific instructions will be provided during the booking process.


Non-Refundable Nature


1. Commitment: By paying the deposit, you agree to our non-refundable deposit policy. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

   - Cancellation of the appointment by you.

   - Failure to attend the scheduled appointment (no-show).

   - Rescheduling requests within the restricted time frame (as specified below).


Rescheduling Policy


1. Advance Notice: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least [48 hours] notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request without forfeiting your deposit.

2. Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than [48 hours] before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.


 Cancellation Policy


1. Client Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

2. Business Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, you will be given the option to reschedule without losing your deposit, or you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit.


Exceptions


1. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases individually and may, at our discretion, offer a deposit credit for future services.

Returns Policy - Physical Items

Exchanges

Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

  2. Return of Goods: If you cancel your order, you must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.

Refunds for Cancellations

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

Order confirmations are sent to your email immediately. If you haven’t received confirmation from us, please reach out to us or check your account on the official site. If you don’t know your order number, please confirm the email address and the full name provided when placing the order so that we can look into it for you.
Our emails may be accidentally flagged by spam filters. Please check your spam folder of your email and mark us as nice instead of spam.

How Can I Check The Status Of The Tracking?

Once your order has been shipped from our distribution center, we will send you an email with your online tracking information. Can I Cancel Or Change An Order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot make any edits or substitutions. Once an order has been paid, our distribution center has processed it to be fulfilled in real time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel or change the shipment.

How Do I Book An Emergency Appointment?

DM rebsnailroom if you would like to schedule an emergency appointment. Alternatively, email reb.artistry@gmail.com. All Emergency appointments require a fee of 50% on top.

Shipping Information

Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery + processing time is 7-10 business days. The cost for standard shipping is £5.99.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery + processing time is 3-5 business days. The cost for express shipping is £12.99.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £60.00.


Shipping Destinations

UK Shipping: We ship to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back in the future as we expand our shipping destinations.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through our courier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes.
